The match is based on algorithm generated keywords based on the text in the post, and you are supposed to pick and match. I even tried applying for the SGUnitedTraineeship thing on mycareersfuture (if I’m not wrong, it is mandatory for them to post the traineeship offers on that site), but most of them are ignored. Been out of work for 9 months and facing lots of pressure from family who simply refused to understand the situation right now, I tried sites like mycareerfuture and Jobstreet like you, and they aren’t helping much.
